Your commissions are directly related to how much revenue you generate for Service Station. Commissions are paid monthly, on the 15th of the month following the month in which the commissions were earned. Below is a summary of the types of sales and their associated revenue values. To determine your eligible commission, multiply your commission grid-level by the displayed/calculable revenue generated amount.

Example Commission Calculations
Example 1
You sell a flat glass job for $350 pre-tax. Assuming you are at the starting commission grid-level of 24%, your commission would be calculated as follows:
$350 (pre-tax job total) x 0.0799 (7.99% Service Station client commission rate) = $27.97 (Service Station revenue)
$27.97 (Service Station Revenue) x 0.24 (your 24% grid-level) = $6.71 commission payable to you
Example 2
You sell an insurance windshield replacement job. The total is ignored for commission calculation purposes because we simply bill our clients $35 in this case. Assuming you are at the starting commission grid-level of 24%, your commission would be calculated as follows:
$35 (Service Station Revenue) x 0.24 (your 24% grid-level) = $8.40 commission payable to you
Example 3
You sell a paid OSD. You do not get direct commission payable for this sale, but your total revenue for Service Station number increases by $19.99 for the year. This moves you closer to your next commission grid-level and the associated bonus.
Let’s do an example where you are at the starting, 24% grid-level, and you have generated $4,985.00 for Service Station in the current calendar year.
$4,985.00 (Service Station revenue generated by you) + $19.99 (new revenue for selling the paid OSD) = $5,004.99 your new revenue generated total
So, while you were not compensated directly for the paid OSD sale, making the paid OSD sale helped you reach the $5,000 grid-level. This earned you a $100 bonus and a new commission rate of 26% on all future sales!
