Commission Grid Levels

Once you understand Service Station commission structure, you are ready to understand how you move up the grid-levels earning yourself a bonus and higher commissions moving forward.  Grid levels are the % of revenue generated by you that is paid to you as a commission.  The more revenue you bring in for Service Station during a calendar year, the higher grid-level you will reach.   With each new grid level attained, a bonus will be paid to you as well.  This bonus is essentially the difference between commissions earned and what would have been earned at your new commission grid level.

At the beginning of every year, your grid level will be dropped by a number of tiers based on your length of service or (LOS).   The exact amount of tiers your commission grid level is dropped can be determined by the table below.  After your commission grid level has been dropped, you are again eligible for each subsequent bonus tier like the first time you reached a higher commission grid level.
